 The discipline of leadership coaching has had such an amazingly positive impact on my life and relationships that I want to share it with others. My goal is to provide a place to inspire you and help you integrate these coaching skills into your everyday leadership challenges.

Every leader can benefit from improving their communication skills, practicing the discipline of listening carefully and engaging effective decision making processes. You don’t need to become a professional coach to engage in these practices that will transform your life and your relationships.

This site is about making those practices known and available in small bytes to help you learn the skills and then practice these coaching techniques in your current leadership role. Whether you’re a manager, parent, group facilitator, or any position where you where you can use a boost in your relational influence, these skills will make the difference!
